There are many things to say about Coaching. Most of all it is a tool to build awareness, create choice and lead to change – that is what I aim for when I coach.
I offer a safe, supportive space, to listen to you with curiosity and join you in your story of what brings you here.

How can I support you?

Coaching focuses on the present and the future in order to move forward. When we look at something from the same angle over and over again we will most likely always arrive at the same answers. I support you in exploring new angles, together we create choice.

Coaching gives me the chance to listen actively and question thoughtfully, to inspire you, challenge you and caringly confront you, so you can discover newfound solutions and valuable resources.

How we work together

Step 1

You book a free half hour online connection call so we can get to know each other, explore your goals for coaching and see if we would like to work together. Any and all questions are welcome.

Step 2

If we both agree that we are a match, we get started!

Step 3

We meet at regular intervals online or in person to get you moving and working on your personal goals. We can speak English, German or Dutch.
