Burnout is a healthy reaction to an unhealthy situation.

It is the result of a long period of chronic stress and leaves us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and helpless in the face of daily life and work challenges. We often try to power through it, as long as we can, with as much willpower as we have, until our body forces us to stop. To stop and listen, to look at our needs that have gone unfulfilled for too long. It is our body protecting us and telling us that we need to make changes. 

How can coaching support you?

  • You gain insight into what is happening in your body and mind right now.

  • You discover what helps you relax so that flow returns to your body and mind. 

  • You gain an understanding of what gives you energy and what drains your energy.

  • You learn to prioritise what matters most to you, so you can balance your life in a way that works for you. 

  • You learn to cultivate healthy coping mechanisms and self-care habits, to feel energised and resilient in the face of challenges. 

  • You learn to communicate your needs and boundaries, so you can feel more respected and less stressed. 

  • You literally and figuratively tidy up your life, letting go of what you no longer need to reach a point where you consciously choose what suits you and what doesn’t.

  • You learn to understand and manage your own relaxation and stress levels.

How does it work?

We will have a look at your current situation to explore the causes and factors that have led to your stress or burnout. Where do you stand, what got you here and ultimately, how can you move forward in a way that breaks the cycle of stress and burn out? Together, we create a customised plan focusing on the needs of your body, activating your own sources of strength and energy, learning how to handle difficult situations and people, and making choices that align with your values and priorities. You will be given tools to cultivate coping mechanisms and self-care habits to implement in your life.

Step 1

You can book a free 30 minute online connection call so we can get to know each other, explore your goals for coaching and see if we would like to work together. Any and all questions are welcomed!

Step 2

If we both agree that we are a match, we get started!

Step 3

We meet at regular intervals online or in person to get you moving and working on your personal goals. We can speak English, German or Dutch. Sessions are one hour long and priced at 70 EUR (incl. VAT).

As your coach, it is important to note that I never make diagnoses. I’m here to support you alongside your physician’s treatment. It’s essential to know that my coaching is never intended to replace medical follow-up. Rather, I offer additional support to help you manage and recover from stress and burnout.
